These Terms and Conditions also appropriately apply to purchase contracts concluded between the Merchant and a Buyer who is a natural person – entrepreneur or legal entity (except Articles VI to VIII, which only apply to Consumers) through the Online Store.

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”). Any differing arrangement in the Contract shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and the Contract are prepared in the Slovak language.
II. Information About Goods and Prices
Information about goods, including the price of each product and its main characteristics, is provided in the product catalog of the Online Store. Prices include VAT. Prices remain valid as long as they are displayed in the Online Store. This provision does not exclude the possibility of contracting under individually agreed conditions.
The Online Store provides information about costs associated with packaging and delivering goods when delivered within the territory of the Slovak Republic.
Any discounts on the purchase price of goods cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed between the Merchant and the Consumer.
III. Order and Conclusion of Contract
Costs incurred by the Consumer for using remote communication means in connection with concluding the contract (e.g., internet or telephone costs) are borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer can place an order for goods in the following ways:
a) Through their customer account, if they have previously registered in the Online Store;
b) By completing an order form without registration.
When placing an order, the Consumer selects the goods, the quantity, the payment method, and the delivery method.
Before submitting the order, the Consumer can check and modify the data entered. The order is sent to the Merchant by clicking the “Order” button with an obligation to pay. The information provided in the order is considered correct by the Merchant. Validity of the order requires completing all mandatory fields in the order form and confirming that the Consumer has read these Terms and Conditions and the data protection rules.
Immediately after receiving the order, the Merchant sends a confirmation of receipt to the Consumer’s email address provided during the order.
In case of an obvious technical error by the Merchant regarding the price of goods or during the ordering process, the Merchant is not obliged to deliver the goods at the clearly incorrect price, even if an automatic order confirmation was sent. The Merchant will promptly inform the Consumer of the error and send a revised offer by email. The revised offer is considered a new contract proposal, which the Consumer accepts by sending confirmation to the Merchant.
IV. Customer Account
Through registration in the Online Store, the Consumer can access their customer account, which allows ordering goods. Orders can also be placed without registration.
When registering and placing an order, the Consumer must provide accurate and truthful information and update any changes. Information provided is considered correct by the Merchant.
Access to the account is secured by username and password. The Consumer must keep login information confidential. The Merchant is not responsible for misuse by third parties.
The Consumer may not allow third parties to use the account.
The Merchant may cancel an account if the Consumer breaches the Contract or these Terms and Conditions.
The Consumer acknowledges that the account may not always be available due to maintenance or updates of hardware/software.
V. Payment Terms and Delivery of Goods
The Consumer may pay the purchase price and any delivery costs using:
-
Cashless bank transfer to the Merchant’s account: IBAN: SK28 1100 0000 0029 4704 2069
-
Cashless payment by card via Paypal
The Merchant does not offer cash-on-delivery.
The Consumer must pay the Merchant for packaging and delivery costs unless stated otherwise. If not otherwise stated, the purchase price includes delivery costs.
For cashless payment, the purchase price is due within 1 day of concluding the Contract.
When paying via a payment gateway, the Consumer follows the provider’s instructions. Payment is considered fulfilled when the funds are credited to the Merchant’s account.
No advance payment or deposit is required. Payment before shipment is not a deposit.
Goods are delivered:
-
To the address provided by the Consumer;
-
Via a parcel pick-up point;
-
By personal collection.
The Consumer chooses the delivery method when ordering. Delivery costs depend on the method and are listed in the order and confirmation. Prices are listed in the “Shipping” section.
The Consumer must accept delivery. Additional delivery costs incurred due to Consumer-specific circumstances are borne by the Consumer.
The delivery time is listed for each product from receipt of the order.
The Consumer must inspect packaging upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier. If the package is tampered with, it may be refused.
The Merchant sends the invoice to the Consumer’s email.
VI. Withdrawal from the Contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the goods. The goods are considered received:
-
When the Consumer or a designated third party (excluding the carrier) receives all items;
-
If items are delivered separately, when the last item is received;
-
If goods are delivered in parts over time, when the first item is received.
Withdrawal can occur even before the 14-day period starts.
The Consumer cannot withdraw from contracts involving:
-
Custom-made or personalized goods;
-
Goods that deteriorate quickly;
-
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons if the seal is broken;
-
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing or on another durable medium (hereinafter “Notice of Withdrawal”), optionally using a model form.
The withdrawal period is considered met if the Consumer sends the notice by the last day.
The Merchant must confirm receipt of the notice immediately, especially if the withdrawal is made using a special online function.
Withdrawal applies to individual products if multiple items are supplied under one contract. Effects also apply to related contracts unless otherwise agreed.
The Consumer must return goods within 14 days from withdrawal, unless the Merchant collects the goods. Only return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer unless the Merchant agrees otherwise.
The Consumer is liable for diminished value caused by improper handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
The Merchant must refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of notice. Refunds are made using the same method as payment unless otherwise agreed, without extra fees.
VII. Complaints
The Merchant is liable for defects present at delivery for 2 years.
Liability includes defects caused by incorrect assembly if performed by the Merchant or incorrect self-assembly due to incomplete instructions.
The Consumer may demand repair, replacement, discount, or withdrawal. Claims must be made within 2 months of discovering a defect, at latest within 2 years.
Complaints can be submitted at any Merchant’s premises. The Merchant must provide written confirmation, including the repair deadline (max 30 days unless justified).
If liability is disputed, the Consumer can provide expert evidence.
The Consumer chooses the remedy (repair or replacement), except if impossible or unreasonably costly. Costs for repair or replacement are borne by the Merchant.
The Merchant delivers repaired/replacement goods at their expense using a similar method. If the Consumer fails to collect within 6 months, the Merchant may sell the goods, informing the Consumer and returning proceeds minus storage/sale costs. Unsold goods may be destroyed at the Merchant’s expense.
The Merchant ensures removal and installation if needed. Damage from normal wear before replacement is not compensated.
The Consumer may demand a reasonable discount or withdrawal without additional deadlines if the defect persists.
For multiple items, withdrawal only applies to defective goods unless keeping non-defective items is unreasonable.
Refunds must be issued within 14 days after the item is returned or proof of return is provided.
VIII. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Consumer may request remedy from the Merchant. If rejected or ignored for 30 days, the Consumer may seek alternative dispute resolution without affecting their right to go to court.
The Slovak Trade Inspection handles disputes: Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava 27, email: ars@soi.sk or adr@soi.sk, website: https://www.soi.sk/. Online dispute resolution is at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Only Consumers (natural persons acting outside business/profession) may use this. The minimum dispute value is 20 EUR. Fees may be up to 5 EUR including VAT.
IX. Delivery of Correspondence
All written correspondence may be delivered via email. The Consumer sends correspondence to the Merchant’s email in these Terms. The Merchant sends correspondence to the email in the Consumer’s account or order.
X. Data Protection
The Merchant processes personal data according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
